Consulting Department

Available positions Soft consulting staff, hard consulting staff
Hours of work 9:30 to 18:30 (Involves business travel and overtime work)
Job description
  • Write proposals
  • Produce materials for meetings, minutes of meetings, and reports
  • Create drawings that serve as reference materials (required of hard consulting staff only)
  • Plan and run meetings and workshops
  • Prepare estimates and invoices
  • Other relevant clerical work
  • Minimum academic qualification is a university undergraduate degree

The following qualifications and skills would be advantageous:

  • Experience in various areas of consulting
  • Experience with a think tank or research institute
  • Experience in facilitating or organizing workshops for the general public
  • Experience in facility-planning-stage planning and research
  • Design experience at an architect’s office or similar
  • AutoCAD, Vectorworks and other drafting software skills
  • Enthusiasm for performing arts such as theater, dance and music
Compensation and benefits
  • Monthly salary commensurate with qualifications and experience (in the region of 220,000 yen or more for a candidate with previous industry experience)
  • Bonuses paid in summer and winter (and at end of the accounting period depending on the company’s performance)
  • Allowance for 1st-Class Kenchikushi (lit. architect/building engineer) License holders
  • Enrollment in social insurance
  • Three-month trial period (same compensation and benefits apply)
Holidays Saturdays; Sundays; Japanese national public holidays; summer, year-end and New Year holidays; annual paid leave; special leave

Hall Management and Operation Department

Available positions Hall management and operation staff (Hikarie Hall and other locations)
Employment type Contract employee
  • No academic qualification or experience required
  • Basic business communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to work irregular shifts, including late-night and early-morning hours
  • Positive attitude toward performing and learning from even the smallest odd task or paperwork
Compensation and benefits
  • Monthly salary commensurate with qualifications and experience (generally in the region of 200,000 yen or more)
  • Bonus paid at the end of the accounting period (depending on performance)
